DUNDALK, MD - With teams as far away as Michigan and live-stream viewers as far away as New Zealand, November 4 and 5 saw a lot of men's basketball action in The Den. Your CCBC Dundalk Lions officially opened the 2023-24 season with the Donald Beasley Men's Basketball Mixer. Coach Beasley mentored the Lions from 1992-2000, and his team won the 2000 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball National Championship. He passed away in 2017.
Two days. 10 teams. 10 games. The Lions opened the weekend with a win, and closed the Mixer 2-0.

- 7PM - CCBC Dundalk Lions over Washington Adventist Shock 80-74
In game one on Saturday, Charles Neverdon (Western School of Technology) was the leading Lions scorer with 23 points. Shakur Smith (Mon. Bonner & Arc. Prendergast) hit a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
On Sunday, Andrew Molina (Susan E. Wagner) hit a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds. Molina was also the Lions' high scorer for the game.
On November 12, the Lions travel to Virginia Beach, Va. and a game against the Bryant and Stratton Bobcats.
The Lions next home game is Tuesday November 21 versus the College of Southern MD Hawks. Tip off is 7PM.
