Fitness Center
The air-conditioned fitness training center & lab is a room made up of a variety of equipment. Users have a wide variety of cutting edge fitness equipment to select from that are designed to meet diverse workout plans and fitness goals. In addition to the aerobic weight training component, the fitness training center & lab also has a wide variety of free weights, dumbells and squat racks to provide intercollegiate athletes as well as the recreational fitness enthusiast the opportunity to incorporate different types of training.
The fitness training center & lab is available for CCBC students, faculty/staff, and alumni with a valid CCBC ID during the operational hours listed below. A yearly health history form and waiver will be required prior to using the facility. Students are required to fill out the required forms each semester to participate. The room is monitored during open hours so help is just a question away.
