Dundalk, Md. - On Thursday, May 2nd the Lions played their final games of the regular season. They won the first game 4-0 and lost the second 7-2.

In game one Joey Rubalcaba threw a perfect game into the sixth when he gave up his first and only hit of the game.

In the fourth inning Bryant Gutierrez lead off with a walk and Ryan Gomez singled. Andy Duarte hit a triple to score them both. Chris Dockins hit a single to bring home Duarte and give the Lions a 3-0 lead.

In the fifth Travis Buckmon lead off with a single. He stole second and the throw from home went into the outfield so he made it to third with ease. Aarron Rodriguez hit a sac fly to make it 4-0.

After the first game we honored our sophomores for their hard work and dedication and wished them the best in the next chapter of their life.

Just after the ceremony ended there was a rain delay that lasted a little over an hour.

Chad Rawlerson hit a single in the second. A fail pickoff attempt let him advance to third. Aarron Rodriguez hit a single to score Rawlerson.

In the third a walk, single, and a walk loaded the bases. An error on the next play scored one.

They led 2-1 going into the fourth before giving up five that inning.

On Tuesday, May 7th the Lions will play a playoff game against an unknown team since teams are still playing this weekend.
