The Lions drop the first game of the Cecil College Holiday Classic to Cuyahoga Community College 68-58.
Mohamed Bundu had a Double-Double with 13 Points, 14 Rebounds and 3 Blocks
Allayassa Bray was the only other Lion in double digits with 12 points.
The Lions started out with a 4-0 lead and then the Triceratops answered with an 11-0 run to make it 11-4 Cuyahoga on top. Next thing you know the Lions are down 22-6. The biggest deficit of the game was when the Lions were down 20, 32-12. The Lions closed out the half strong with a 9-2 run to be down 13, 34-21.
In the start of the second half the Lions cut the lead down to 8 with a score of 38-30. Cuyahoga held a 12 point lead for most of the 2nd half. With less than a minute left the Lions were only down 63-58. The final score was 68-58.
The Lions are looking to go 1-1 at the Cecil College Holiday Classic with their second game against Monroe Community College.
