The Lions beat Bryant & Stratton College (VA) 67-52 and are the winners of the CCBC Dundalk Mixer? Now it was not an elimination tournament but the Lions are now 3-0 and looked like the best team on the court.
Tyshaun Walker finished the game with 22 points and 9 Rebounds. Dana Strothers was the second leading scorer in the game with 19 points.
The Lions started out hot opening the game on a 9-2 run. Next thing you know the score is 22-12 and the lead keeps getting bigger. The Lions close out the first half at 35-18.
The second half the Lions kept the pressure on Bobcats getting the lead out to 21 at one point. The Bobcats tried to claw back but they could not get any closer than 9 points down.
The next two games will be at the Kenny Wade Tip-off Tournament this weekend the 8th & 9th hosted by Patrick Henry Community College in Martinsville, VA.
