The CCBC Dundalk Lions are gearing up for a road doubleheader against Anne Arundel Community College, looking to turn the tide in what's been a tough season. The Lions currently sit at 4-23 on the year and are seeking redemption after dropping both games in their previous matchup against the Riverhawks on March 7.

Recent Game Recap

Dundalk Lions:
It was a tough outing for Dundalk last Thursday as they dropped both games of their doubleheader against CCBC Catonsville, falling 18-4 in game one and 12-4 in game two. The Lions couldn't find their rhythm on either side of the ball, struggling to contain Catonsville's offense while also leaving runners stranded. Despite the losses, JP Morales managed to cross the plate twice, and Coreem Wright chipped in with 2 RBIs to highlight the offensive effort.

Anne Arundel Riverhawks:
Anne Arundel rolls into the week with a 25-19 overall record, showing flashes of potential in their recent series against the College of Southern Maryland. After a lopsided 13-2 loss in game one, the Riverhawks responded with a statement win, taking game two 10-4 behind a more balanced attack. The split continues a season marked by ups and downs, but Anne Arundel will look to build off the momentum from their game two victory.

Players to Watch

Coreem Wright has demonstrated consistent offensive performance this season, boasting a .309 batting average with 25 hits, 18 runs, and 3 home runs over 81 at bats. His ability to contribute both in scoring and power hitting makes him a player to watch.
