Mantling continues...this time by a Fighting Owl

Bel Air, Md. - On Thursday, April 4th the Lions traveled out to Harford Community College for a rough night of baseball. The Lions lost the game 9-4.

This was the first of the series that will finish on Tuesday, April 9th in Dundalk.

In the top of the third trailing 4-0 is when the Lion offense started to heat up. A walk and two errors loaded the bases. Travis Buckmon comes through with a double to score two. Buckmon on second and a man on third. JP Melby follows up with a two RBI single. The top half of the inning ends with the Lions tying the game at 4-4.

Over the next six innings the Lions were limited to only two hits and six walks.

The Lions will be at Frederick Community College Saturday, April 6th with first pitch of the doubleheader scheduled for noon.
