Bio

Greate White was named Administrator of CCBC Dundalk Athletics on January 1, 2023. He had been men's basketball head coach at CCBC Catonsville since 2015.

White joined the Cardinals as an assistant coach for the 2014-2015 season. He is a former graduate of Walbrook High School, where he played football and held the record for quarterbacks in passing yards (1,500) and rushing yards (1,000) in one season. He was named Walbrook’s Athlete of the Year and turned his athletic passion from football to basketball at CCBC Dundalk. White helped lead the Lions to an NJCAA National Men's Basketball Championship in 2000. After graduating from Dundalk with an Associate of Arts degree, he attended LeMoyne Owen College in Memphis, Tennessee and continued to be a dominant player on the basketball court.

Since returning to Baltimore, he has been involved in coaching various teams and sports in the area. In 2006, he became assistant coach for the Charm City Challenge High School All-Star team while continuing as assistant coach of the varsity boys basketball team at Walbrook. In the 2010-2011 season, White accepted the head coach position at Forest Park High School (Baltimore). During the summers of 2011 & 2012, he continued to exhibit dedication to the athletes in Baltimore by providing coaching expertise to Team Melo AAU Boys Basketball team. 

In the summer of 2013, White began assisting the Cecil Kirk AAU Basketball program to develop strong players on the court and in the community. White continues his AAU endeavors with Baltimore’s Finest AAU Basketball program. He has coached many talented players, several of which have played and the Division I level and are even playing basketball professionally.
